21 Days Until Launch

BRAG - Assumption's annual Bike Ride Around Granger kicks off on August 21st.

This date is key, because this will be the first test of the Pride Fundraising production website. I promised our BRAG committee (see earlier post) that we will be able to use the Pride Pledge transaction server for soliciting pledges over the Internet for our Bike Ride event.

We had our web-design meeting today and the progress from the prior week is really moving along. I have every confidence that we will meet our deadline and that the functionality will be a real surprise for our licensees who use the site for managing their event based fundraiser.

We went over the necessary features of the custom Pride Page that will be created by each licensee. We will auto populate most of the Groups information into the skin, so the data required from the Event Administrator for their event will be minimal. The Pride Page will be key, for e-mailing to potential donors and the page will the key link for taking the donor to the Pride Pledge secure transaction server.
